Electric Land Digital (ELD) is our data centre development business with a mission to create Ready-to-Build hyperscale, AI and edge Powered Land opportunities for the data centre market across UK & Europe.
We develop Powered Land sites that support data centre deployment, removing complexity and accelerating delivery for operators. Working in long-term partnership with industry specialists, we progress projects through development, construction and leasing – from Powered Land to Powered Shells.
We work collaboratively with landowners, investors, the data centre market and other stakeholders to enable the data centre industry’s ability to grow in Europe.
ELD works hard to touch every corner of the IT deployment spectrum, including Prime Tier 1 Availability Zones, Colocation in major metros and large scale Neocloud deployment.

ELD partners collaboratively with greenfield and brownfield landowners to enhance the value of their asset by securing, often challenging, planning consents and power reservations across the UK and Europe.

ELD has a track record of partnering with institutional investors and real estate owners to unlock their asset’s potential through an asset sale to ELD or partnership.
3.
ELD self-funds the development of its pipeline but does, on a case-by-case basis, partner with third party capital to facilitate the unconditional acquisition of large lot size assets.
