Landowners &
Partnerships

Electric Land invests in land under renewable energy infrastructure.

Reliable funding and lasting partnerships that drive renewable energy forward.

Electric Land & Power (ELP) partners with landowners to develop battery storage and renewable energy infrastructure on their land, at zero cost to them. As a specialist developer and long-term investor, we assume all development activity, due diligence and risk, while the landowner continues normal use of the site and receives payment throughout.

Why partner with us

Electric Land & Power works in close partnership with landowners to bring battery storage and renewable energy projects forward, managing the entire process from first site assessment through to a fully operational asset. We carry the full cost and risk of development and maintain clear communication at every stage. Below is what you can expect from working with us.

1.

Zero cost to landowners

We assume all development costs and risk. There’s no financial outlay or exposure for the landowner at any stage – we fund every element, from initial site assessment through to delivery.

2.

Premium value for your land

We offer premium terms for greenfield, brownfield and industrial sites, for both existing land and prospective projects.

3.

Option payments and continued use

We pay an option fee while we carry out development and due diligence, and you can continue using the site as normal throughout the development period.

4.

An established, long-term partner

We build lasting partnerships with landowners and power generation companies, with a track record of delivering high-quality projects and staying invested for the long term.
